FAQs

Do I need a prescription to join?

No. You do not need a prescription to enroll.
After purchase, you’ll complete a medical assessment and connect with a licensed telehealth provider who determines eligibility and prescribes medication if appropriate.

Who prescribes the GLP-1 medication?

All GLP-1 and peptide medications are:

  • Prescribed by a licensed medical provider

  • Dispensed by a licensed pharmacy

Health coaching services do not include prescribing or medical decision-making.

What if I’m not approved for medication?

If a provider determines GLP-1/peptide therapy is not appropriate, you will still have access to coaching support and lifestyle guidance, or you may discuss next steps based on your program terms.

How soon can I speak with a provider?

Providers are available daily from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT.
Most clients are able to connect shortly after completing their medical assessment.

When does coaching begin?

Coaching begins as soon as your medical assessment is completed, or while approval is in progress.
You are supported before, during, and after your medical start.

What does the coaching include?

Coaching focuses on:

  • Nutrition and hydration support

  • GLP-1/Peptide education and expectations

  • Habit building and consistency

  • Motivation, accountability, and lifestyle guidance

Coaching does not replace medical care.

Is this program virtual?

Yes. The entire experience — medical intake, provider connection, and coaching support is 100% virtual and designed for convenience and privacy.

Is this a good option if I only want a 30-day program?

Yes. The 4-week program is a complete option, not a trial.
Many clients choose 30 days to meet their personal goals and feel confident with that timeline.

Can I extend or upgrade my program later?

Yes. Many clients choose to continue or upgrade based on their progress and goals. Options can be discussed during your program.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. This is a private-pay program and is not billed to insurance.

Is this for emergency or urgent medical needs?

No. This program does not provide emergency care.
For urgent or emergency medical concerns, clients should contact 911 or their local emergency services.
